Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both — but not in a complicated way.
We manufacture Angel Eye Halos in-house. That’s our specialty. We control the whole process — from molding to assembly.
For headlights, fog lights, work lights, bulbs, and other lighting products, we work with long-term certified partner factories that we’ve known for years.
Why this mix works for you:
1.Factory-direct pricing on Angel Eye Halos
2.Full catalog on everything else — without managing 5 different suppliers
3.One order, one shipment, one person to talk to
We’ve been in this business since 2010. That’s 16 years. Started by my parents, now I run it. Still here. Still shipping. We don’t pretend to be what we’re not — we just deliver what we promise.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it.
Sample MOQ: 1 piece minimum. You test fitment, quality, and performance first. No pressure.
If you’re happy, we scale up. If not, you’ve only invested in a small sample. Fair?
We’ve had customers who tested samples from 3-4 suppliers before choosing us. That’s fine. We want you to be sure before you commit to a big order — because that’s how long-term relationships start.
Can you make a product exactly to my idea?
Yes — if the budget works.
Tell us your idea — even if you don’t have a sample. We can draw it, make a 3D mold, and produce a sample for you to approve.
If you already have a physical sample? We can do 1:1 duplication.
Some customers come from exhibitions with a product in their bag and say “can you make this?” The answer is yes. We’ve done it many times. Just be clear about your budget and timeline, and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What’s your MOQ for bulk orders?
It depends on the product.
For Angel Eye Halos (made by us): Lower MOQ. We control production, so we can be flexible.
For other lights: Typically 50–200 pieces per model, depending on the product.
But here’s the real answer — if you have volume, talk to us. We can flex. And if a product has enough quantity and the price from our partners isn’t right, we’ll make it ourselves. That’s the advantage of 16 years in this industry — we have options.
Your price is higher than another supplier I found. Why?
Sometimes yes. But let me ask you — have you tested their quality?
Here’s what we hear often: a customer tries a cheaper supplier. First batch is fine. Second batch? 80% good + 20% bad. Defective rate kills their reputation with their own customers.
That doesn’t happen with us. We’re not the cheapest, but you won’t get surprise defective rates. Our customers come back because the quality is consistent — not because we win the first price battle.
And if you’re buying Angel Eye Halos from us? We make them. So our price there is factory-direct. You won’t find cheaper from a trader who’s just reselling.
How do I know you won’t send me bad products?
We document everything.
Receiving, testing, packing, loading — we take photos and videos for every order. Weight check. Packing video. Final photos. Everything goes into a folder for each customer, each order.
Why? Because you’re overseas. We are your eyes in China.
You’re trusting us with your money. Your customers are waiting for your products. We don’t gamble with that trust. Two generations, 16 years in this business — we’ve seen what happens when suppliers cut corners. We don’t do that.
We don’t promise you 200% value for 100% payment. But we promise you won’t get 80% value either. No 80% good + 20% bad batches. That’s not how we do business.
What happens if something goes wrong with my order?
Let me tell you what happened once.
A customer needed a small rush order — not big quantity, but urgent. He paid for expensive international express shipping. We did our usual process: test, video, photos, weight check, packing.
Customer received it. Then he messaged me — at midnight — saying the quantity was wrong. He was short.
My heart sank. I knew what he must be thinking: “Are these guys reliable?”
I drove back to the office at midnight. Pulled the evidence: weight slip from the courier, packing video, photos showing the box sealed. Everything matched what we shipped.
I sent him everything. He reviewed it. Then he said: “I see. Our local customs must have stolen them.”
Not our fault. But you know what? We still offered to replace the missing pieces in his next sea shipment. That’s how we do business. Not because the margin is big — but because we want you to come back.
We’re Chaoshan people. That’s how we do business: service first, profit later. We may not make money on one order, but if the service is good and the customer trusts us — they come back. And we do (small margins, high volume).
What’s your warranty policy?
Depends on the product:
Angel Eye Halos (made by us): 12 months. If defective within 12 months (not caused by misuse or wrong installation), we replace. No arguing.
Other lights (sourced): Typically 6–12 months, varies by manufacturer. We’ll state the warranty period clearly in your quote.
One more thing: We do batch testing before every shipment. If you receive defective products — rare, but it can happen — we cover replacement or credit. We’ll work it out. We’re not here for one order; we’re here for the next ten.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2010 — 16 years.
Started by my parents in Guangzhou. Now I run it. Same philosophy: serve first, profit later.
We’ve survived shifts in the market, changes in technology, ups and downs in global trade. Still here. Still shipping. Still answering customer messages at midnight when something goes wrong.
That’s not something you can print on a certificate. That’s just how we’ve always done business.
Do you offer custom packaging or private label?
For Angel Eye Halos (made by us): Full custom support. Your logo on the box, custom packaging, even specific colors. MOQ is lower because we control the process.
For other lights (sourced): Yes for most, but MOQ may be higher.
Tell us what you need — logo, box design, packaging material — and we’ll check what’s possible. We’ve done custom packaging for customers from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia. Send us your artwork, we’ll handle the rest.
What’s your lead time?
Samples: 1–7 days(Samples in stock can be sent by express on the same day)
Bulk orders: 15–30 days (depends on quantity and product type)
Rush available — tell us your deadline and we’ll try to squeeze
For Angel Eye Halos (made by us), we can sometimes move faster because we’re not waiting on a partner factory’s schedule. Just ask.
How long does shipping take, and what options do you have?
Production time + transit time:
1.Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS)
3–7 days
Samples, small urgent orders
2.Air freight
7–12 days
Medium batches
3.Sea freight
25–45 days
Full containers, bulk orders
We’ll confirm estimated delivery when we quote. For LED lights — they’re sensitive goods with electronic components. We work with experienced freight forwarders who know how to declare them properly to avoid customs issues
What certifications do you have? (DOT, E-MARK, CE, RoHS)
Yes for most products — but depends on the model and target market.
Angel Eye Halos (made by us): CE, RoHS available
Sourced products: Our partners hold E-MARK (EU), DOT (US), SAE, and other regional certifications
Important: If you need E-MARK for EU export or DOT for US, tell us before we ship. Non-compliance can cause customs seizures. We’ll confirm what’s available for your specific model and target market
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank Transfer (T/T)
PayPal
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
Alipay
Terms:
Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy
Sample orders: Full payment upfront (small amount, easy)
Can I visit your facility?
Yes — by appointment.
We’re in Guangzhou. If you’re coming to the Canton Fair or visiting the Yuexiu auto parts market, we can arrange a visit to our office and assembly line for Angel Eye Halos.
Just email us at info@wanghoi.com to schedule. We’ve had customers from the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe visit over the years. Always happy to meet face to face.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes — and we mean it.
If you have a problem — wrong product, defective batch, installation questions — email us. We’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster).
We’re not one of those suppliers who disappears after you pay. That’s not how you stay in business for 16 years. We’re here for the long run.
